This location has the friendliest, most helpful, and professional staff I've ever encountered in a retail UPS store. As a small business, being able to rely on our shipping hubs for consistent customer service means the world (especially working in e-commerce during a pandemic). Y'all are the best.

Clean, efficiently run, fast. They offer printing, packaging and of course shipping. At the time I was there, it was manned by a couple of young men that competently, quickly completed the UPS tasks at hand. I would recommend this place. The \store\ is accessed from inside of the parking lot, not from the street, directly.

Reading reviews about not answering their phones. Called 3 times 10 minutes apart each time, no answer. Would have been fine being asked to be placed on hold. Always a welcoming first start to a customer experience. I also noticed that this UPS store only responds to 4 to 5 star reviews because they can't own up to their failures and take accountability.

With the pandemic still on going, it’s a good thing that you are still able to ship packages. Another good thing is that you are able to return packages if needed. I hope your business will still be able to stay in open despite everything going on in the world.
