Carol is a SUPERSTAR!!! So helpful and went above in beyond helping me return my 3 large boxes. The company I had ordered from only sent 3 labels for 3 boxes. Carol immediately had me call them and email the corrected labels directly to her store. She helped me unload the large boxes and did it all past closing as the process on the ordering company placed me on hold past the UPS store hours. All during COVID. Thank you to the staff for staying 10 minutes late to ensure my return was taken care of!

These folks are bad news. Wanted to charge almost exact amount to ship piece as paid for it. I ship all over the country and their prices are outrageous. Stay away from them.

Waited in line for service to be told they stop doing notary at 2:00p. The guy at the counter wished us luck. Just two months ago I utilized this location for notary and it was after 2p. I'm not sure what changed, but I was counting on this service. Very disappointing.
