Bought 2 postage stamps and mailed two birthday cards from this ups store. Neither one has ever arrived at destination. Both contained some birthday cash. Going to different states, so would it be a coincidence that neither arrived?

They don't know how to read address to send your packages to their destination

I went to the UPS store to ship a return on April 14th, and then to ship out a paint palette I made to a friend. The guy who helped me asked, for the palette, if I wanted First Class shipping for 5.87 (not including packaging) and a est of April 16th. No other options or explanations were given and that seemed pretty good so I said sure. This is my first time shipping with UPS. When I got home and used the tracking number it wouldn't work on the website. Today I find out that that's because it's a USPS tracking number and my package was given to USPS today for them to ship it, with a two day delay from the original est. I have had too many problems with USPS and if I wanted them to ship my package I would have GONE THERE. Why is my package being shipped with USPS without my knowledge? You need to tell your customers if you're to use a different service then the one that they're there to use.

Terrible. Expected delivery date of today and no update. Says the same thing since 8:30am wait all day keeping my schedule clear in expecting a package i have to sign for. No sorry it's on the wrong truck or accidentally didn't even get on the truck, nothing. Just expect it today. And here i am waiting about 9pm. . .
