This store posts clearly before you enter that they don't wear masks, it is your choice to enter. They are great to work with, always helpful! I am there many times a week to do shipping and don't understand the negative comments. I highly recommend them!

Look, if you need to drop off a UPS package and not really interact with anyone, it's fine. Just don't get too close. They don't wear masks, cough all over the place while working, and are incredibly rude. I went in for an Amazon dropoff, kept my distance because of their lack of empathy, and said thank you when handed my receipt. Only to be responded to with a \have a good day\ as I was walking away and looking at my receipt. I guess because I didn't answer with \you too!\ immediately, it wasn't fast enough for her. She then, at full room volume, said \Or not.\ I won't be using this location again.

Rude both times I've been in. Could use some customer service training. Don't care about customer's health safety - NONE of the employees wear masks. I definitely will be taking my business elsewhere!
