This is the best ups store in essex county. They are always helpful and informative. They really do the best they absolutely can! Never fails at the help i am there every single day and absolutely no complaints i dont mind waiting because they provide many services and if i have to wait no problem their positive attitude and smiles are enough!!!! Again this is the greatest ups store i have ever been too.

I went to drop a packet over there and I was unaware how to print out shipping label. I am a 75 years old senior and un aware of computer. There were two workers in store, One who was little healthier than other helped me a lot, he teaches me how to print out shipping label.
Kevin, Joe, and Tom are super friendly and helpful. A pleasure to visit this place. Good thing as I frequent the place often.
Awesome place! We went in when they first opened to take advantage of their Notary service. We thought that by going in early that there would be less people, but unfortunately that was not the case but we had to close on a house and couldn't wait. Kevin (the owner) was so patient with us as he waited on other customers in between notarizing our documents. I have used this place several times and they are always kind and helpful even when rushed.
