During the pandemic shut-down, I've had to do some business that I would normally have done at my office. My son had used this store and highly recommended it. The gentleman there was patient, efficient, and very helpful as I went through a stack of papers to copy and fax.

The staff is always quick and friendly. I always get a receipt which is a nice way to confirm my package has been received. I've never waited more than 5 minutes.

I try to send a document by UPS in this store. I fund the price of sending the same document to DC is much higher than I did in a UPS store. It is 50% higher!! So, I will not used this UPS service anymore. I'm no happy for their service.
