They don't clearly mark the metal bar they have at the edge of their building. As a result I ended up spraining my wrist, knee and ankle as a result. One of the workers was like \Well you should have read the sign.\ I told the worker the only sign that is on your door is a sign to wear a mask. Putting tape on the floor that is dulled out doesn't really act as a warning. The worker came across as kind of kurt with me even though I'm the one that fell almost broke my glasses as a result. But they were like I can talk to me manger no guess then rolled their eyes at me. Normally I don't like writing reviews like this but it was bad enough I got injured in the store meeting a worker that wasn't pleasant didn't help the situation either. If UPS just had their mail box working in Mamaroneck instead of posting a sticky note on it saying we aren't picking up go to the post office this would have never happened in the first place.

Awesome Place!!! EVERYONE is so professional and courteous and PATIENT!!! A gem of a store and they do so many different things!! Lucky to have them!! And thank you for being open and a consistently reliable place always.... but, especially in these past few months of craziness!! STAY WELL!!

I frequent this UPS store and others throughout my travels. By far this one has been one of the best . Staff is on point and friendly. I must say they are quite busy and may be overwhelmed at times. For that, I understand if they cannot give special attention to any one person at times. Great place for all your shipping needs and then some.
