Took my DirecTV boxes back with no problem. No charge for the shipping. Directv pays for it. In and out in 5 min. Patricia the sales rep was awesome too.

So I went today around 4pm I need it to print a copy of my pay stubs (2) th young lady that was behind the counter didn’t offer to help me even though I was unable to figure it out how to do their printer and computer to do it ! She still charge me 2.50 for nothing! At least train your personnel to be able to help costumers,so frustrating

This place is wonderful!! I saw a guy in there once that was ABSOLUTELY UNRULY and they handled it wayyyyy better than most would!! They are usually so very busy but always are so friendly! I go there for everything I need.
