Really great people. I shipped a couple of boxes here from Indiana with the intent of moving to Mexico, but my plans are on hold until, God knows when. So I am shipping my boxes to a storage unit nearby. Shannon was wonderful and understanding through-out all of it. Nice to have nice people help you in Tucson.

The girl that helped me ship out something was very rude and dismissive. I asked questions and even apologized for the ask. She answered in short words very demeaning. I wont be coming back.

Saturday I came in and it was very busy and 1 lady was running around being a multitasking Queen. She knew all the answers to the many questions everyone had and was bouncing customer to customer to help everyone as quick as possible. She was also very nice, knowable and easy to talk to. Give her a rise UPS store manager! Happy Customer.
