The employees at this store (UPS store 3421- Main St - Blacksburg VA) are extremely rude. They were talking about me and what they were charging me in Spanish, not knowing that I spoke it. They overcharged me, and charged me for their employees mistakes. They sad some really rude things and I understood every bit of it. When I confronted them they told me that \business is business\. In order to have a business you need to learn how to respect your customers.They tried to charge me for their employee's mistakes. Also, one of them was not wearing a mask!!! I will not come back or recommend.

I came here to ship a package and they shipped it to the wrong address. After I brought it in and let them know they did not offer any action to correct their mistake. The employees lied and said that the manager could fix the problem when he came in at 1pm but then later told me they actually have no clue when the manager comes in. The UPS store at this location is dishonest, has extremely poor leadership and lacks attention to detail. I will not be using them ever again and would recommend others do the same.
The staff there don’t know about UPS Simple Rate. I showed them the UPS website, they said they never know about it and told me to go to the opposite post office.
I moved from California to Virginia and shipped four extra large boxed to the store. I chose to hold the boxed for pick-up. The whole pick-up process is amazing! The staff is welcoming and caring for me. Since the boxes are too large for my car. They said I could pick-up separately and they helped me to get the boxes to the parking lot. The shipping service is excellent and on-time. I chose the cheapest price and took only 6 days ground shipping. My boxes are secure and safe. No damage. Amazing service. Definitely will work with them next time.
I went home for Thanksgiving break, and I had an expensive package arrive at my apartment while I was gone. I called this UPS location and asked if they could possibly pick it up for me and store it in the store. Kevin, the co-owner of the store picked up my package HIMSELF and kept me updated during the entire process. I have since picked up the package and they didn't charge me at all. I was amazed by the level of service. Thank you again, Kevin.
