I don’t ship too many item, so I had some weird anxiety about returning some wine racks, but the staff at this store made everything quick and easy, AND fun! The line moved fast, and they were happy to deal with my disorganized paperwork. It was truly refreshing and I was so happy when I left. Thanks y’all!

I have been using this location since I relocated to Memphis in 2014. Kara is great and always provides me with excellent customer service and it has been like that since day 1. But the staff has changed recently and it’s not the same friendly service anymore like I used to get but maybe it because they are still in the learning process since they are somewhat new. Overall they get the job done even if there’s a long line.
