DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. I paid extra to have a valuable package shipped here to prevent it from being stolen by porch pirates. I received the notification that my package had been delivered and was ready for pick up. Upon arrival I see my package sitting on the shelf, hand the manager my I.D. and he tells me there is no packages there for me. I argue that I see it sitting on the shelf and he refused to even turn around and acknowledge it. I leave and call customer service and they verify with the driver that it was indeed delivered and signed for by the manager named “Finley”. I go back and my package is no longer sitting on the shelf and he still insists there is no packages there for me even after confronted with the fact that it was delivered and signed for by him. I don’t know what else to do at this point other than file a police report for theft and hope the company I ordered from reimburses me. As stated in previous reviews, the manager has indeed let the little bit of power he has go straight to his head.

The store location was very convenient, but the staff Austin and a very tall rep (I didn't get his name) made me feel VERY uncomfortable. I was there to buy shipping supplies, and Austin was literally inches from me the whole time. I couldn't even turn around without bumping into him. The tall representative and Austin were rude. Will definitely not go to this location unless it is an emergency.
