I have always had courteous clerks whenever I've been at this location. These employees have rules to follow, and if customers don't like it, too bad. Find some other method of shipping. UPS works their tails off, and now throw in all the Amazon returns they take care of, which has to be overwhelming! I think they're all remarkable employees. Keep up the good work!

Outstanding packing and shipment of fragile, priceless glassware! I recently had glassware my grandmother left me packed and shipped by this location. The glasses not only have a market value but are also priceless to me personally. I live out of state and so virtually the only way to get them here was to ship them. It seriously had to be the best packing job I've ever seen. And that's saying something - living out of state, I do a fair amount of shipping. There wasn't a single scratch, crack or chip anywhere. I would highly recommend this location for any packing and shipping needs. They were wonderful to my mom, who brought them in and they arrived in perfect condition to me in Boston.
