I have had my box for over 20 years at the same office and have had excellent service. I live abroad and from time to time Marion forwards my mail to my other office in Hawaii and takes time helping sort my mail for forwarding. Marion spearheads this level of service and I only deal with her.. keep up the good work - MAHALO!

Paid 69 to have a package sent to a PO box. This is when they charge an astronomical surcharge to have a USPS mailman to come pick it up from their shop. I figure I am already here might as well be lazy and not wait on the usps line and just pay the crazy figure. Only when it arrives three days later, the recipient was asked to pay 18 COD. Translation, the UPS store took all the money and sent it USPS and did not give them enough of the astronomical 69 charge they received to cover it. Since the recipient is a large business they won’t pay the COD. I now have to mail another check and am out the 69.00 no apology, no explanation just a very rude staff and manager. So much for small town service...

Marion did not like me at "hello" so did her best to deny me service. She held onto her bad feelings and overcharged me (by 68) to collect my mail at the end. She lied that I paid for service late. She was distraught and broke out in a rash. I pitied her, paid her 68 and left. Money is a means to an end and I ended by simply letting her lie and steal. Her subordinate called her a "hormonal beast".
