I don't know why the reviews for this location are so low. They are as fast as they can be, fully staffed every time I've gone there, friendly, and patient. I've witnessed very frustrating customers and have seen the staff deal with them with great patience. I've gone to the Woodward location several times to see the line is out the door. I don't know why I bother.

Terrible customer service from this franchise location. Wait times are always ridiculously long, store is cluttered, and the location charges you to print a pre-paid UPS label in-store. I've shiped several items from this store before, but will absolutely not return.
