Absolutely the worst customer experience!! Called to,see if they had a notary available at 11 am, went straight to voice mail,tried to leave a message but mailbox was full!!!!!! couldn’t even leave a message. Went in at 6 pm was told notary only available between 10 and 4pm. Ups advertises notary services here! Had they answered there phones I could have saved time and gone elsewhere, when. I went into store at 6 pm and asked for notary she said too late left at 4pm. What a waste of time , I said if you answered your phone I could have gone elsewhere, she said they were busy. Couldn’t return calls for 7 hours?????? Went to Suncoast credit union, free notary AND faxed my docs for free!!!!! Avoid UPS AT ALL,COST, NO TIME FOR CUSTOMER SERVCE , RUDE MANAGERS, THEN CLOSED DOORS AT 6:25 !!!!!,

I have a candle business. A worker carelessly threw the box on my customers porch. Candles were broken. UPS denied the claim due to my customer didn't keep broken candles. Product and shipping cost gone down the drain. NEVER AGAIN!
Very slow, they need to an express lane for drop off and less time consuming, non self service customers wait. No need to make 5 superstructure customers wait outside when each of them needs 30 second to complete their drop off.
Very small store The employees are very helpful... But having one worker on a Monday morning after being closed on Sunday it's unacceptable... Hopefully this is something they can correct
There's ten people outside in 90 degree weather...more clerks less profit but better service maybe? it's hotter then two rats scrwing in a wool sock out here..
Arrived at 2:58pm on a Saturday to drop off an Amazon return. They were closed off at the counter and had already locked the door. The three employees in there didn’t even bat an eye to me standing at the door. Pretty irritated that I couldn’t just drop off my return and be on my way.

Strike 2 for the UPS store after already been to the one I'm Apollo Beach. After going to the Riverview location and having waited, when I asked for Notary services, I found out the hard way it's only by appointment only even though the Notary was there. Still no signs on the door to allow for the customer to not waste their time waiting for a service they will be turned down for. Signs on door please to let us know why we can't get Notary service and HOW we can get those services. UPS, you are not doing well today.
