I was refused service by the owner Genc Gizer due to the fact that I am medically unable to wear a mask. I explained that he was in violation of ADA laws and he said that he doesn't care and told me to call corporate. When I took my phone out to call corporate, he threatened to call the police on me. Terrible store and customer service. Again federal law supersedes.

Holiday hours sign on door says closed at 2:30. I arrive 2:28 and door is locked and the guy shoos me away. Don’t worry man, I’m leaving and will not be coming back here. Ever. You need to train your staff on customer service. I had a package that was already labeled and paid for; I was just needing to drop it off real quick. But hey, enjoy your extra few minutes of holiday.

The employees in this UPS store need a lot of train they are not helpful nor kind even with boxes. Please do a better job in general. They can do better than that.
