I went into this location on 02/13/21 to send out a package going to ATL, GA. The expected arrival date was 02/16/21. I understand that things were shut down in our city for a few days. I called this location on 02/18/21 to ask when my package would go out. I was told it would go out that night on 02/18/21. I checked the tracking late that night & per the details my package was to arrive in ATL on 02/20/21. Only to get a message @4am on 02/20/21 stating that due to weather my package was still in transit. I have checked my tracking info daily/hourly. The times and date keeps changing stating that it is STILL here in Houston, Tx as of 6:42pm on 02/22/21. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE AND WHY ARE THE DETAILS CHANGING BY THE HOUR????? I feel like this location has lost my package. I wish I would have read the reviews before I went here. Will NEVER use this location again. Very UNHAPPY Customer

Extremely rude and dismissive staff, My package was returned, but never delivered to the correct address. In addition it was already opened! All I was told, effectively, was that I had to pay to ship it again.
Worst experience ever.People don’t look to your face never respect you.0 customer service i waited 20 minutes and at the end get the negative answer.Then he come back and want to charge me 70 for 3 photos.Use other stores not this.If i can give negative i will. Dont loose your time
I came into store with my own hand truck and 100 pound package. One customer ahead of me. Sign says only two customers at a time on front door of store. I'm waiting. A third customer comes in and walks past me towards back of store and whistles for the owner. Owner has back to the customers and now there are customers waiting outside. Five total. He starts helping the third customer before me. Then he says "hey" and waves me over with his scanner gun. I told him I have questions and he waves his scanner again. He starts speaking rudely to me then I confront him with his unprofessional and lack of customer service skills. I accuse him of being a poor owner because he helped the third customer ahead of me even though his sign says only two at a time in store. I accuse him of being a poor owner and he responds by saying "I'm a good owner" Looking at his reviews at an average of 2.7 stars he is obviously, just as I said, A POOR OWNER. GET RID OF THIS GUY, HE REPRESENTS YOUR COMPANY POORLY.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE Older looking lady skinny with blonde here is rude and disrespectful. I come here often to get things printed for my online shop to ship to my customers but for some reason today that was a problem. She’s newly hired! Needs to be fired!
On May 2, 2020 at 10:15, I paid for next day delivery. The price was 40.71. The estimated delivery date was Monday, May 4, 2020. When my package didn’t arrive on May 4, 2020, I went to the UPS Store and spoke with the RUDE and Unprofessional owner only to find out my package wasn’t SHIPPED until May 4, 2020. The same date it was due to arrive. When I spoke with the owner he stated there is no guarantees because of the Pandemic. However, I can understand that but what I tried to explain to him is there is no way it could arrive on the estimated date if it’s shipped on the same date. The owner was a total jerk. I will never do business with UPS again.
