At the Trappe location UPS Unusually Poor Service. I went here to send a 1 page document. Had my label printed as well. The oaf who "served" me told to I needed my own envelope and when I said the mailing was prepaid he replied "good luck with that". Fortunately, my mask muffled my reply as I walked out. Go to Royersford store where they are great! .

I almost never write reviews, but I am so annoyed by my experience with this store associate that I feel I must make others aware. I was dropping off an Amazon return, somewhat fragile, & it weighted about 40lbs. The young man behind the counter, put the label on the package and then dropped it about 2 feet onto the cart, on the face of the box. Not a care in the world! When I said "hey that might be fragile" he just looked at me and mumbled something as I walked out the door. I reported this to Amazon as that can't be good for the device...disgraceful behavior! This store is less than 1 mile from my house, but I'll drive to the other side of town to use the Royersford store moving forward!

Go to Audubon or Royersford! Would not print labels for 3rd party return using UPS account. Claimed they couldn't get paid. Should change their name and remove UPS from it. INCOMPETENCE. Logically you'd think a UPS franchise could handle all UPS accounts. Oddly if i printed the shipping label they could take my packages. Since it's not my account i can't access it. The owner couldn't seem to grasp that idea.

Unfortunately the folks working today could not figure out how to print a ups third party tag for my package. They told me to go to west Chester pa ( not close). When I checked w the west Chester location - they do open until 5:30pm!? Is ups serious??

Incompetent owners at the Trappe location. Unable to attach a label to a package for a Amazon return wich they did not receive and I was forced to pay for, not the first time. Merry Christmas. I will NEVER do buisness there again or recommend them to anyone. When confronted all they did is argue how it wasn't their fault (" some much for the customer is always right " )

Refuses to scan and print labels. I used to go there all the time now I go to Royerford. They are great and do their job. They are rude do not provide the services like they are supposed to. Unless they change hands I will not go there again and do not recommend.

The UPS store in Trappe has provided me good service over the past 4 years. Recently, the employees helped me with a confusing shipment (the furniture retailer screwed up the return slips). The one employee went above and beyond normal customer service even though the store was very busy that afternoon. I would give them 6 stars. They were super helpful.
