This is the best UPS store that I’ve ever done business with. They’re always fast, kind and hardworking. I have shipped dozens (maybe hundreds) of items here for years, and have never had a bad experience! Today, they closed at 2pm for the holiday, but at 3:30pm they saw me at the door to see if they were open, and they let me ship my item even though they were closed! This place makes the USPS Post Office look bad...keep up the incredible work, guys!

This is my “Go To Place” for mailing pkgs. They keep records of my past shipments. I can usually get in and out in 5 minutes. They take care of everything. They weigh, I pay, they pack I walk out the door with tracking number. The price of knowing it will be carefully packed and sent off to correct address is worth the price of shipping. This UPS Store goes above and beyond just a place to ship packages. Professional, friendly, attention to detail, quick service, etc.

Love these guys and gals and this store. There is not much they don't do. One thing they don't do is deliver your packages people! That is totally a different branch of UPS. I moved here to Lake City, 17 years ago and it always has been my go-to-store. I am treated with honesty and respect and it does not get any better than that.

This is the best UPS Store I ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I moved to NYS using their service. I would come with my car loaded, and someone, sometimes two folks, one the ownerbwould come out and help me. I am a 77 yr. Old widow. Very incompetent people! Drivers leave packages at the wrong address and when you call to ask them to make sure they deliver it to the right address they say there's nothing they can do. Very disappointed in this location, never had trouble with this location until recent new drivers. I hope they are able to give them the proper training that then need.
