The service at this location was excellent. I went to ship two packages, one of which I needed a return label printed and the employee helping us got us in and out quickly and efficiently. I am 8 months pregnant so basically everything at this point is a struggle but she made the experience easy and enjoyable. She was kind, informative, and genuinely cared about the customer. Will always use this UPS location for my packing and shipping needs. Thank you for the amazing service.

I found this UPS Store in accident. The shipper I normally use had become too unreliable. Her business is hardly open and I needed something taken care of immediately. Pulled out my phone and asked for the closest UPS shipper with best rating near me. That was probably 7 or 8 months ago. I love that I can go in, they remember me, punch in my phone number, pretty much have my info and know my needs, my contacts are stored (unless they are new of course) even when customers are stressed, they remain calm, address the situation and move forward. Today I was in awe of the professionalism of the team members. I'll leave it there. I'm really happy to have found this UPS Store and thank them for their patience with the public.
