Very disappointed in this store. Returned a dress in a see through envelope hoping UPS would be trust worthy enough to packaging it but after 2 months Amazon said they never received the return and charged me. If you drop something off at this store I suggest tracking it right away and conceal your items. There is a thief there.

Hope you're not looking for friendly customer service. Other than that, the only stars they get are for location, since they're closest to where I live. That said, I'd rather pay for pick up, or drive further than return.

Amazing customer service! I recently mis-packed an Amazon return... and the extremely kind gentlemen who owns the location helped me resolve it over the phone! Very, very kind and helpful! He repacked the package, had me text him the correct label, and resolved the issue for me with no hesitation! 100% recommend this location- very kind and customer service friendly!
