Very irresponsible. I have been there a couple of times, and I have found the place closed, like today. If you are thinking of getting up early and do your errands soon, my best advice is coming to this place as last in your list to do or not going there at all. I called to verified if there are open, and Mr. David answered (owner) the phone, " I went there, but it was closed." He answered was, "Well, it's open now." Very unprofessional. I will never go back in there ever again.

Something suspicious with their pricing. It is always a lot more than ebay calculates. Not sure what the service options I'm being charged for. 50 to ship 2 packages, 15 of which are service fees. I don't know if it's justified or not because my receipt isn't itemized. But when I put all the info into ebay's shipping calculator it was less than 20

Every time I come here it’s terrible. There’s regularly a dozen or more people lined up outside the store. There’s no such thing as dropping something off quickly on your lunch break. You won’t make it back to work in time. Not enough staff and every transaction is super slow. Efficiency is not a word they recognize here.

I’ve used this place for all UPS drop offs - amazing customer service, there’s always someone to help you figure things out. It seems like a family group working together to provide the best service. I’m not saying this is the perfect place as everyone’s experience may be different but for me it feels like the perfect store. That’s me. Visit them and see for yourself

Every time I go to ups for any type of service, I always leave Satisfied. They are very helpful, friendly, patient, and well knowledgeable at the things required. The price’s are responsible. And they are noW being extra Cautious and very safe. Being a customer for year’s I say to you, ups in winter garden is more than just sending packages. Go Visit and get the great service you deserve.
