BEST shipping facility I have ever worked with! They are fast and friendly and have a spectacular team working there! Austin and Jimmy are always so polite. This location even accepts outgoing mail for the post office which is extremely convenient. I am an online shop owner and will always come here to ship stuff to my customers!

I usually go to the UPS store on Cesar E Chavez Ave in Pontiac. I went on the UPS website and put in the addresses to get an estimated shipping cost. The website showed 15. for shipping. I took the one 8lbs medium size box into the store to ship. It cost over 26. I asked why so much to deliver this one package 190 miles? I was told there was a extra 9.50 charge due to it's a Rural area it's being delivered to up north. I called UPS billing number due to the website didn't say anything about this charge. The lady on the phone said the rural area charge is 4.50 extra for that address and the UPS where I dropped the package off to be shipped from is private owned and they don't have any control or say so on their pricing. Not sure why this store would charge over double the corporate rate for this Rural area charge.

We have always had great experiences at this location. The staff is very friendly, knowledgable, and they work fast. We just brought in several large boxes and Austin answered all of our questions about the shipment and helped us carry everything in, too. Definitely the best UPS store we’ve worked with!

If I could give a 0 I would. Took a box in to have it shipped to Texas I already had it boxed up with the address label on it all they had to do was weight it,put UPS label on it and ship it they chargedme 11.61 and I left with my receipt several days later I didn’t get a confirmation that the place received my box so I tried to put in the tracking number that was on my receipt and it wouldn’t go through so I called the store and I read the kid the tracking number that was on my receipt and he come back in he was very Rude and said that I didn’t come to that store because that wasn’t their track number. I told him I did drop it off there and I read him the store address and store number on my receipt. He kept insisting I was wrong. So I said we are not getting anywhere do you have a manager he said yes. I said can I speak to him? He said no you may not. I said okay I’ll just call your corporate office. He said go ahead and hung up.
