Just spoke to a very friendly woman over the phone there. She helped answer my questions and seemed very patient and polite! It’s refreshing to find someone who is personable and courteous these days.

They mishandle mail and Shred Large Quantities of Mail as They Arrive. When questioned, the owner June knows nothing about the contracts or missing mail, and confirms it’s happened in the past. CANNOT rely on them to deliver your mail. Their contracts are not subject to arbitration. You’re limited to 100 per claim, but non equitable remedies are not limited, so you can sue to have a court label the business as a fraud, which I will be doing, reporting to BBB, and to UPS corporate. I’ve had a box with this location for 2 months and have communications coming from law firms, government officials, banks, and brokers, all material data, complex and resource intensive to reproduce. This location hasn’t delivered a single piece of mail to my box. They told me it was the USPS’ fault. I spoke to Monique Cox, Post Master at the nearby USPS, and she confirmed that ALL packages for UPS as is standard, go into ONE BOX and are delivered to the location. If you’re not a regular EVERY DAY neighborhood face, you run the high risk of them sizing you up and deciding that your mail isn’t worth sifting through for what you paid.

Owner is extremely rude. I brought in an amazon package to be sent back and she gave me a “lesson” on how to put the return label on the package as I’m standing there with my newborn in a car seat, ( clearly I had a lot going on). She obviously was having a bad day, but judging off of previous reviews this is nothing new. Made the mistake of putting this review on the UPS warehouse page when in fact it was the shipping location.

Customer service is horrible especially from this one short hair brunnette. Seems like she doesnt wanna provide me service so she makes it difficult.Never going there again. I Hope she gets fired or they run out of business because of her.

Hands down the best customer service and genuine care you could ever hope to receive from a company that you do business with. June and her staff are extremely accommodating, always friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. Many times where my packages and mail are already waiting on the counter for me when I walk in after having seen me pull up, times where I've called 2 minutes before closing and said I was 5 minutes away and the response is always "no problem," an entire 2 months where they sorted and kept my mail and packages separate from the rest of the mail and packages addressed to my box, offer help out to the car when I have several packages or ones that are heavy, genuinely caring and checking in to see how I was doing while I was taking care of my mum after she had been diagnosed with ALS and after she passed...the list goes on and on, I can't say enough good things about the Camp Verde UPS store, June and her staff!
