I just want to say how amazing this store is I went to another UPS store locally and tried to do a Amazon return and nobody wanted to help me figure out how to do it. The young lady’s in afternoon where amazing , it was my first time doing this Amazon thing and the young lady’s helped me though the whole thing unlike the other store. Will be doing more business here. I recommend this store when you need thing’s done correctly.

This store is better than the one on Frazier st. They didn’t know what they where doing when I walked in asking for international shipping they had no clue!!!! Nice that this store actually know what they are doing.?! Plus service is great and very clean you can even smell it when you walk in. Considering the fact we are in a pandemic . Nice to feel like someone is trying to help this economy. Kudos to the owner !

Came in not knowing how to do a Amazon return. Suzanne helped me and even showed me on my phone how to complete. I felt stupid but she was so patient. I will definitely be using this store again. I was even impressed while I waited how the staff was happy and joking around. Not to mention one girl was cleaning and wiping all the areas down with cleaner.

While the Checker at the store was courteous and friendly and willing to help out, she was blatantly ignoring the sign on the front of her own business. If your business advertises that the employees are wearing masks for your protection, then the employees should be wearing masks. There is a pandemic happening right now, and I am not risking anyone's health. Businesses require shirts and shoes be worn when you enter a business, so you wear shirts and shoes. The same applies to masks. And while the reply to this review says that the checker "forgot their mask," this is 100% not true. I said to the checker that I was wondering where her mask was. She said nothing, so I asked if it was a personal choice. She said it was. She was specifically choosing not to wear a mask even though the sign says the employees are supposed to. I will never come back to this location.

i came in during the week to drop off a package for amazon and I’ve never been to a cleaner UPS store than this one, watching the two girls clean profusely And Having social distancing boxes are the best. Keeping everyone apart during COVID-19 and making sure everyone has a mask before coming in! Not only that the girls are fantastic and super sweet. i love this store. Better than the post office any day
