I went to this store this evening . I was there at 06:40 PM. There was a line outside. When I arrived I was 8th in line. I was there to ship a package. The size of the package was approximately 26"LX21"Wx16"H. Not a small package. When I got to the counter,WHICH WAS 06:55 PM, the employee told me I had to come back tomorrow. I was too late to ship it tonight. He said he told people in line this. That is not true. All he asked if any body had prepaid postage on there packages and did not want to track it. This is terrible service. I'm also going to contact UPS.

Didn't take me and another customer in at 3:53 pm when closing time is 4 pm. Manager/Employees should find other WFH jobs if they don't want to obey the mentioned hours of operation.

Came to drop off my Verizon equipment on a Friday at about 6:05 pm. I stood in line for approx. 15 minutes. As soon as I approach the counter, UPS employee, Curtis, informs me that he can’t process my return on his computer/work station - and that the other computer that’s used for that closed at 6PM (mind you, this UPS store closes at 7PM). Basically Curtis sends me back home with everything. Saturday morning I returned to the store, there is Curtis again at the same computer/work station that he was the day before. He proceeds to scan the equipment (I guess he didn’t remember me) so I asked the question “why did you tell me yesterday that you couldn’t process my Verizon equipment on this computer because it’s not used for that?” Curtis begins to stutter and comes up with an excuse on the fly. This boy is really dumb.

Need to UPDATE. Their Web info to reflect proper business hours. Was closed Sunday the 4th when scheduled to be open. Big waste of time and energy!!!

There is no option to choose 0 star! FYI - the UPS Store is not UPS, they are franchise of the UPS Store company. I shipped a heavy fragile item(85lb) and requested the staff to repack it to ensure its safety. I paid 280 for the shipping and I bought the shipping insurance. It was arrived broken. I filed insurance claim through the store. At beginning I waited patiently. After two weeks, I did not hear anything back. I contacted the UPS insurance dept and was told that no claim was filed for my tracking number. I contacted the UPS Store a few times for just filing the claim. Finally the claim was filed. I waited for two weeks, no response. I had to call the UPS insurance dept again and was told the claim was denied because it was not filed with the required info. I called the UPS Store many times and finally they resubmitted the claim. A few weeks went by. I still did not hear any response. I called the UPS insurance dept again, and was told the claim was approved but the UPS Store needed to submit some paperwork to finalize the claim. I called the UPS Store again to inform them what the UPS insurance dept told me. The staff at UPS Store said he will submit the paperwork right away. Another two weeks went by, I called the UPS insurance dept again and was told they did not receive any paperwork from the UPS Store. Every time I called the UPS Store, the staff was rude and inpatient. I was so frustrated about the situation. I called the UPS Store Headquarter and got some help from them. This insurance claim process lasted 4 months. This UPS Store was not responsive to the communication to me and to the UPS insurance dept. If it was not me keeping on calling them and the UPS insurance dept, my claim would never be processed. I feel this UPS Store is not well managed, does not have experienced and responsible employee. I will never use this UPS Store any more. I will choose Fedex or USPS.

I got here this morning at 9 for opening at 10. I saw a staff member go in at around 9:30. At 10am, their posted opening time, there was a line of 10 people outside. At nearly 10 minutes past opening the staff hadn’t even raised the gates or unlocked the front door so we could queue up inside. I gave up at 10:30 and left to find a different UPS Store location. This experience was shameful and a bad way to do business. The next time I’m looking for a reliable UPS Store location, this one won’t be on my list.

I really don’t understand why they take so long to process these boxes. There needs to be training or a new set of workers.

I was placed on a ten minute hold and I understand things can get busy in store but there needs to be a person hired to just deal with phone calls. Other than that, I have no issues when in store.
