I found the people they are very rude the two white ladies were very rude the black lady that runs the cashier she was very nice but it’s in but she doesn’t work there no more white lady seem like they want to overcharge you and watch you to spend more and I live in Crossridge and I’m really really disappointed with how the stores run there now are used to be such a nice store but now that you were late it’s really ruined it

Sorry Hate to write negative review, Went there for Notary Service, Lots of time I went for Notary Service never faced any issue as I used to take Original document, Today also I taken my original doc and a color photocopy of the same (DL's) but the Agent in the Store told that she will do Notary only for Black and White Copy and not Color Copy,.. Never heard this rule from any other Notary till date.. I taken my doc and went to one more UPS @ THE SUMMIT ON WEST BROAD -- Seen Experienced Notary with badges in UPS Store @ THE SUMMIT ON WEST BROAD and they completed notary in a minit after verifying originals.. OVERALL IT'S WASTE OF TIME FOR ME TO GO FROM ONE UPS STORE TO ANOTHER.. Also to note she don't have NOTARY BADGE -- so not sure if she is really a Notary Authorized person..

This particular UPS Store has always been good to me. The community knows the owner well and it has a nice neighborhood feel. I know I can trust the ladies and gents that I always see with my personal shipments and their service has always been reliable. I know I'll be doing my holiday gifts with them this year!
