I have been a customer of this UPS store for a few years now. I prefer this store over the other one in Lompoc. They have the best customer service and have their shop is set up well, always adhering to safety measures during this current Covid pandemic.

What a confusing place. I had to print off a couple of word documents that I had saved to a thumb drive. The sign said self serve printing 10 cents a copy. I could not find where to plug the thumb drive in. The sign said ask for help, so I did. I told the clerk how many copies, I asked for two sided and stapled. Received Single sided, unstapled and more then 10 cents a copy. Was told I got a great deal. I Was then told that self served only works with pdf docs. Nice people, however I am not sure if I ever want to go back.

Best place in town ,very professional. Help me with a return..I do not have a printer so they could scan my return from my phone. I've had notary in the past with the same experience. Would give 10 stars. This is the place to go
