Used UPS pack and ship service to send a cut crystal candy dish for a birthday present. It arrived with the top broken. Customer service at this store is lack luster. I was told that it wasn't their fault. They packed the item with little to no cushion and the air bubble wrap they did use was mostly broken down on arrival. I have used UPS hundreds of times in many different cities and have never seen such a poor packaging job. I hope UPS makes this right, if they do, I'll update the review

I went to this store to returned my Amazon order and find out it was for Kohl's, I didn't know that it was for Kohl's until I went to this UPS Store. Kohl's is like 10 miles or more away from where I live. Thanks for these girls for helping cancelled my Kohl's QR code and changed it to UPS QR code. I highly recommended this store very friendly and helpful Staffs.
