I have been going to this store for several years rather than traveling to the post office. This year they have been extremely busy and have always assisted me in a friendly and professional manner. They are kind and attentive even when the demanding customers push their buttons and are rude to them. Mutual respect needs to be given to them by the local customers at this location.

These are pictures of what this UPS store did to the 50 yr old family heirloom I put in their care. UPS denied the claim because the recipient did not keep enough of the packaging, but there's no doubt this happened because this store did not package and/or ship this item properly. UPS (or, better yet, FedEx) stores are everywhere. Drive another mile or two and give your money to a business that takes pride in its services -- before AND after they have your money.
Very professional set up and the staff goes out of the way to help customers, are patient with us. They gave me options and suggested ways to save money which other UPS did not. The Rt 1 North Brunswick location made me spend 28 for a greeting card to be shipped within NJ !!!! Where the store managers Lysa and Thomas were courteous and suggested that i use the USPS post office for sending holiday greeting !!! This is truly how customers should be treated! Excellent !!! What really touched me was they are offering special rates to first responders, front line workers in this pandemic which is very commendable.
Extremely rude & horrible service Been here few times and they always had rude, unprofessional customer service; who make customer wait while chatting on phone & sent them back for trivial reasons. They were never nice or helpful & only reason to go there was being near & hoping so many negative reviews will cause introspection & improvement. But it only gotten worse over time; with Tyrian shouting & yelling at customers ( even caught this on camera). His attitude is extremely unprofessional & unhelpful while being intimidating. Even for asking a question you get yelled at. Is there any minimum standards that UPS sets for its associates about treating their customers? This was worst customer service ever !! Will drive further to another store in the future !!
Disrespectful & Patronizing There is a reason why this store has such a low rating & so many others have called it rude; because that is indeed the case. The store person is extremely unhelpful, belligerent and clearly don’t want customers . He does not care about customer service & much less about basic decency of behavior. Saw him being extremely rude to me which as a female customer; I found deeply distrusting and hurtful. Also he was patronizing to those who come to store; as if he is doing a great favor to them by processing packages. Worse is when you try to ask anything and only get shouted at. I wish I checked previous reviews and never came here.
Really bad customer service The main person was rude & unprofessional multiple times. As a small business owner, I need to use UPS often but he is always patronizing & unhelpful. I also witnessed him shouting unnecessarily at another customers, even at an old lady. While UPS needs to simply its packaging rules for box or no box; label or no printed label n so many confusing options ; shouting & yelling at customers which I saw ; I found unacceptable. I will take my daily run to next UPS.
Went for notary service. The requirement was to verify 4 docs and sign on 1 affidavit but person said it’s the same price and charged for 7 pages. It seems the charges are too high (7.5/ page) compared to what I did from other places. I doubt anyone would charge 7.50 for looking at the doc. Please confirm the rates before you opt for any service here.
Terrible customer service. Been to this store many times thinking it would change. I should have known better. If you have customers waiting in line you should address them not stay on the phone like they are invisible !!! Will drive further to another store to someone who wants the business
