This is a wonderful UPS store. I just brought in a huge box for a pre-paid return. I didn’t have tape at home and felt bad that they had to finish the return. They could not have been any nicer. James helped me right away. He was very gracious- he took the return- no problem. Competent, polite and efficient. I have been to other UPS stores where this is not the case. I actually drove out of my way to go to this location. Highly recommended store and very valuable employee.

Whenever I need to ship something, I go out of my way to this specific UPS store because of the incredible customer service and attention to detail that is provided by the staff. I’ve had 3 separate instances in which Joey took time to walk me through my options while offering valuable insight to ensure I had all the relevant information. Joey goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for every customer no matter how small or large the transaction is. He’s honest, personable, highly knowledgeable and I really appreciate the excellent customer service he provides. Thanks Joey!!

There are no words to express the outstanding customer service we receive at our UPS store in Cedar Knolls by Joey! I come in multiple times a week to ship our web orders and we are always greeted with the most sincere hello. His whole entire staff is outstanding! Every UPS should take a note from their book, because they are doing everything right! He has even made recent suggestions to make my shipping easier. Thanks JOEY, YOU ARE THE BEST!

So I just had to send some information and getting them notarized. The two gentlemen working James and Joey were incredibly helpful, patient and friendly. So very appreciated because I wasn't feeling very well at all. They took the time to help me without getting annoyed. That's very rare now . Will always go to these guys.
