Very attentive staff. Never an error. For me convenience is always worth a bit of an up charge. Darien post office is also outstanding. I use both for different things.

Appalling customer service. Shipped something international and was informed of possible duties. Was not informed of the exorbitant brokerage fee that UPS charges before delivery of the package. Was also told that no signature required and that no one need to be home. Also false. Despicable way of doing business and all business units I have spoken with at UPS blame the other. Zero stars.

I have been at this UPS almost everyday for the past 2 weeks with returns from costuming a high school musical. Everyone there has been so helpful and friendly despite my many bags...and amazon labels!! Marcos is always terrific especially when he made posterboard photos for my dad’s wake. Thank you as always!

My review is long over due! Mark and his staff go above and beyond. I began going to UPS for my shipping needs and now I use it for so much more. Mark has helped me with several projects. I ran an event for my child's school and Mark helped me by designing an easy check out for my auction that was poster size and printed corrugated plastic. It looked great displayed on an easel. He also printed all my programs to show the auction numbers on the back of each booklet. I have used his services for custom business cards, stationary, pads, postcards and envelopes. The quality is always outstanding. They have also designed custom self inking stamps for me. It is so nice to go into a store and have knowledgable and friendly employees that are willing to help. They have a great selection of greeting cards, office supplies, and flashlights that are awesome! I also have to say that Mark has remodeled the store and it looks better than ever...
