I went to the UPS store after a very stressful day at work. I had an urgent project with an important deadline, that was extremely time-sensitive. Everything that could have went wrong with the project, did. Tiffany, who assisted me at the UPS store, was one of the only positive experiences of the day. She was patient, understanding, helpful and kind. I am very grateful for her assistance, as I know it took a long time to get it all done. Thank you Tiffany! You helped make this day a bit less stressful!

I recently had to complete my first internet gateway box return and I was so stressed about the idea of doing it incorrectly. I went to this UPS store for help and now I can’t wait to go back to use some of their other services. Kayla, who assisted me, was an absolute doll and deserves a raise! This is the best UPS store around!!! I LOVE that I can do my amazon returns here it’s so fast and convenient. The workers at this location are so helpful and kind. They are all very knowledgeable about the shipping process and were able to answer all my questions 10/10!!!

Best UPS Store around! Very helpful staff! They have signs on the floor to help promote social distancing and only allow three people in the store at a time. I have a great experience every time I visit. They always do a great job packing & shipping my packages promptly.
