I visited today to get a package mailed. Already boxed/taped up, just needed label, which my brother-in-law, currently visiting another state, emailed in to UPS, after asking me to find what he needed and send it to him. All this store needed to do was spend a few seconds printing off the label and attach it ... for which they charged me 3.13 for "computer time" to print out the label. WHAT? I've never had a UPS store charge me to produce a label. How is that customer service? I won't return to this location if I can help it ... definitely not without a label already printed out. I was not told of the 3.13 fee until after she printed it out. She surprised me with the fee. I understand, from your reply, that the employee was just following in-store procedure. I have not had a UPS store charge me for a label before. If this is standard practice, I've not run into it before. Just remind employees to state the fee upfront before they print the label. Other than the surprise cost, your employee was polite and efficient. Beyond the unexpected fee, I have no complaints about your store or the service. ;-)

Went to get my papers printed i emailed . The Valerie person I never meant since going to that location since may did not assist with wanting to print out my papers but assisted all the other Caucasians with printing theirs and she had the nerve to charge me 3 minimum computer use . I told her while she spoke to another customer I just need my papers printed she told me to use the computer and do it with attitude . I guess they're hiring low class now. There was a gentleman I usually see who works very hard and great customer service but the manager with the tattoos rude and unprofessional as well. You can help print out the Caucasians papers they email but it was an issue to print mines than charge me for using the computer she informed for me to just do when I told her I need her to print out what I've emailed?This why people like that will never be successful in life and will remain having just a job and no career. Very poor service for the 1st time I've been going there. Discriminatory actions will be further reviewed. I don't deal with prejudice people. If you don't like people than get a new job. Very rude and I confronted her that she didn't want to do her job and was very rude and told me to print it!!! I don't have time for miserable people not wanting to do their job and up and charge me a fee never informed and I never had to print my own email documents . I was a regular but never again. Its not confidential AT ALL that you have to email the store email to speak to the owner? How do I know he received it so I ended up contacting ups customer service line and report the issue. The manager gave me a fake corporate number but I will make sure this is reported. I loved the location to it was always perfect customer service;now its just low class.

I have returned quite a few packages here recently. I need to say they are very polite and professional. They make returns easy. Just wish they would turn the heater off when not needed.

As far as UPS goes I am completely disappointed in the service I have just received from UPS ground. The first mistake was mine and I accepted that. The second time for the same package after the address was corrected or I should say the apt # was added we have now been told they were unable to make delivery because the person doesn't live there anymore. Total lie because she was at home all day with no delivery attempted. Was told that the box was being returned to sender again. At 14 each delivery i could have used USPS and done better than this. I will probably not use UPS again

If you open a postal box here you will NEVER be able to forward your mail to any other address. That is per the U.S.P.S. The UPS store will not even take a forwarding address. The only way to have your mail changed is to contact each company that sends you mail and change your address. The post office will not except any mail address changes or forwards for any UPS box. All mail after you close your box will only be returned to sender.

I wish to apologize for my previous review. I was too empassioned. Suffice to say, the owner and I disagree on a fee being charged. He offered me a 50% refund for a fee which I feel, and legally, should not have been charged in the first place. When confronted with proof showing his error, he choose to deny any wrong doing and did not apologize for the mistake. In order to provide a quality feedback, I will restrict my comments to say that I have not appreciated the way this situation has been handled when confronted with documented proof of wrongdoing. That being said, my wife says the service from the actual rep she worked with was very nice and friendly.

This UPS store is always quick to serve, and easy to work with. Doing Amazon returns here is a breeze. All their employees are friendly and helpful, which reflects good leadership.
