I took in six hot tub filters to be returned to an Amazon vendor. I had all types of difficulty with the UPS store or I live in Kentucky so I brought them down here to see if they could help. Two wonderful ladies assisted me by being very creative to help me with the return. I wish I had gotten their names but if they read this they will know who they are! God bless you both.

Quick friendly service but call in advance if you need a notary. Plenty of parking but if sending overnight envelopes only behind counter. Have to stand in line rather than just drop it off with no access to envelopes.

Charges for tape, not friendly or helpful. Save yourself the attitude problem and rude people and go to a different location... if you value customer service. I drove an extra 30 min to avoid using this place. Just awful people. It might be worth complaining to the higher office about this branch, based on all the reviews. Updated after owner response below: The owner is now fabricating some bogus interaction story and calling the customer "rude," as usual. (Just see every other response to negative reviews... it's always the customer who was "very rude.") I didn't even stay at the store, never mind having an interaction with anyone there that could be classified as rude. I simply asked if they would help retrieve a large package I needed help with out of my car and she said said no, they don't do that. I left after that. I had several larger packages and drove the extra miles to the Sevierville store where they are extremely helpful, efficient, and nice. I love that store. I know this store charges for tape from having gone in there before. This owner is highly unethical, in addition to being cheap and rude. She lies. It took her over a week to respond to my review and then she makes up some bogus story instead of apologizing or changing any of her store policies. Hopefully people read this and stop patronizing your store. I know I avoid it unless there's absolutely no way to drive to other store that day. There are enough people who have complaints about your tape policy, just read the other reviews. You know the customer won't have tape so you take advantage and rip them off by charging 1 for some tape piece that costs you a few pennies. Add that up over 10 packages and you'll realize why people are mad and hate your store. Learn from this rather than trying to downplay it saying "customer was mad over 1." Oh, and if you read the other responses by the owner you'll see she's proud of being "better that than the post office." Hahahaha.

Whats a ripoff. I had my own label. So instead of them printing off the label maker behind the counter, they want you to rent a computer for 3 dollars, which gives you access to their printer .25 cents per copy, and then charge you 1 dollar for tape. I recommend going to an actual UPS service center or just use Fedex and avoid this place unless you just have to use them. Clearly this just matches the tourist trap that is the surrounding area. So the excuse is that they can not print a label from email? Sure you can, I do it all the time at my office which unfortunately I didn't have access too. Next time I'm up there I'll show you if you let me, but it's going to cost you 20 dollars of my time.

If you like rude & unhelpful sales associates (Kelly), they also charge 1.00 for every box that needs tape & they loose packages. I am sure they will respond with some "Its not our fault" excuse....typical...you have been warned.

Carol seemed super friendly, but boy was that deceiving.. I literally am always friendly to anyone that meets me. I was shipping a CBD isolate lotion and brownie with 0% thc . I previously looked up ups ability to ship and state laws just to be safe. Both were very legal. The minute she found out what I was shipping, her entire persona completely flipped. Carol Very rudely told me they are not allowed to ship and was talking to me like I was scum. I am local and worked customer service for years, though this encounter I had definitely took the cake for rudeness. I don’t mind being denied but to be denied and treated so rudely. If you can’t handle the opportunity to be kind to someone then you should not be working with people. I get on here to find out that she is rude to so many people. I’m truly astonished that she hasn’t had to take training on how to be nice to people or forced to deal with whatever personal problems she has so she doesn’t lash out on innocent people.

Something has gone wrong at this store. Used to be great. We dropped off an overnight package at the store with the owner when it first opened in the morning. It was scanned in as received by the store. The package never made it onto the UPS truck. Store owner made no effort to find the package. This was not lost by UPS but by the store itself. They knew the package was valuable. Coincidence? Not when this is the second time this happened. Avoid this particular UPS store for important shipments, which is upsets me to say because for a long time there were no issues.
