I shipped 2 packages across the country and both were “lost”. I called and it was a logistical mess to file a claim. They said I would hear back from UPS in a few days or 5-15 business days (weird amount but ok) with an “update” - either from this location or the warehouse (again, weird, there is clearly no consistent process). My main frustration is that clearly there is an issue at UPS with packages being stolen or lost, given that I sent 2 packages and both didn’t make it to their end destination. It does seem like the issue is when packages go out for delivery. They will be “in transit” for weeks. I won’t be using UPS again for shipping, even if other options are more expensive. I haven’t received a refund, but I expect to if the packages are actually lost or stolen. I will update my review once I have more information.

I went to print out a shipping label - it took me 5 mins but the owner charged me 3/hr use of the computer. It was greedy and ridiculous especially during a pandemic when a lot of people are unable to access printers. It's not like they need the money too because they are considered essential so they must remain open. Again, this is pure greed. I will never ship anything from UPS again.

Bad customer service the Indian lady is so rude I was talking to her and she did not look at me she totally ignored me. I said hello I'm talking to you ! She should not be doing customer service they dont even say hello when you walk in.

They claim they close at 6:30pm, but they have the door locked before that. Arrived right at 6:30pm, and the staff just sitting inside looking at me without coming out to unlock the door. What a shame!

I was charged 3.20 to print a shipping label. 20 for the label, 3.00 to use their computer. This “computer” charge is not listed anywhere onsite as a charge incurred, and took only 20 seconds to log onto email and print. Absolutely absurd. On top of that, service was mediocre and bordering on rude. The customer service agent mumbled, avoided eye contact, and helped multiple other customers while I was standing right in front of her.

I had a small package with some eyeglasses to be fixed, not only this was so expensive for the weight of the sunglasses but the owner an Indian woman was very condescending, just like the old idiot owner of the store on Hickey Blvd, I believe that is her father. Why this people own business beat me. they think of themselves above their customer. FU. never will they make anymore money out of me. Fedex ima coming.
