It's the first time ever that I take the time to leave a review. My parents educated me well and I am always smiling and respectful to others. Most of the time I go there, employees are taking great care of me, but TWICE two different employees treated me really disrespectfully. Once in front of my kids, and that is not acceptable.

Everyone at the store were all so extremely helpful to me today. I walked in with a stack of packages that had to go to three places. No boxes and no special packing with me. The staff took care of me quick and efficient with a smile the entire time. I walked in with a load on my mind and I walked out light as a feather!!

If you have a package of any value to ship, I advise against using this store. An item I shipped to a customer arrived damaged with very clear marks across the length of the package which made it appear that something heavy was dropped on or stacked on top of the box. I thought this was a clear cut case of filing an insurance claim and having them correct the issue but nearly 2 months later, I am still getting the run around. When I call the UPS store for an update, they tell me to call UPS corporate. When I call corporate, I’m told that I am the “third party” in the transaction and therefore they cannot provide any information and I need to talk to the store directly. In the meantime, I refunded my customer out of my own pocket for the item that arrived damaged because that is how you are SUPPOSED to treat a customer- not as an inconvenience. Update: Mike is trying to help get the claim moving again. It appears to be a very poor corporate policy of UPS as a whole on how claims are handled. I’m hoping the Cohasset store is able to finally follow through on my behalf to get this resolved. Update #2: no resolution to this issue. UPS has lost a customer.

A useless UPS store. Be carful when dropping off amazon return packages here. They apparently can not read the ship too address and will just ship it back to you and not amazon.
