Has been a great location for all my needs! Quick and easy drop off's or even the more complex ships I've had (where I had no clue what I needed). Even when one of my shipments was lost Joseph stayed on top of it.

I paid over 200 for a large print order for my business and they hand me my paper copies without a bag or a box to put them in. I ask for a box to put all my printed copies in so they don’t get ruined since I paid over 200 for them and the front desk tells me they can’t “give away” boxes....Pretty disappointed. I spend over 200, but yet I can’t get a box to put them in.

This place has horrible service! Didn't want help assist at all. Also try to charge me 2.75 a label! (Other store 0.30 cents!) Even said their wifi wouldn't work!! (Sad employee!) I encourage everyone to go to another store..you'll be more pleased and satisfied .

Website will let you make appointments for services, such as notary, that they do not have available. Staff’s response was UPS runs the website and assumes we always have one available. There is nothing we can do about it.

Fantastic customer service!! Greeted on entry with a greeting and a genuine smile. How often does that happen anymore? Joseph was extremely helpful, friendly, and quick. Even though they were busy, he did not make me feel rushed. He really made me feel like they valued our business. So refreshing! As small business owners, we know how important great customer service is, and this store definitely does not disappoint! I don't use UPS very often except around the Holidays, but I will always come back to this store because of the excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Great service. I have five kids all in car seats and they amazingly came out to my van, grabbed my pre-labeled box and even brought back my shipping receipt without me having to leave the van with all kids in tow. Definitely a huge help to a Mom like me.

Wet and to get a shipping label printed found out it was going to cost me 3 while 6 miles away The UPS store on state street only charged me 15 cents. To whoever the owner is you're a terrible person. I hope I get the pleasure of telling you first hand.
