Fast and efficient! Love going to the Weddington UPS store to ship packages. It is very easy and simple to do. The employees are always friendly. I want to call out Spencer for being helpful and knowledgeable about shipping. I highly recommend this UPS store.

This store cost me 20,000. FYI, don't buy the insurance. Complete waste of your money as they never intend to honor it if your package has any real value. They'll find a loophole, something they can use to then claim it's your fault and not theirs. While UPS is responsible and should have honored the insurance I paid for, ultimately the responsibility still falls on the local business owner who is representing them. Both have failed me and I would advise anyone to not use this store or their services. I was selling an expensive 3D printer from my dental office and sent it from this store to a dental colleague of mine who purchased it. I got enough insurance to cover my investment in case the worst should happen. When the package arrived my colleague sent me the attached photos of how the boxes were severely damaged and of course the printer inside was broken into lots of pieces. We alert the store and we followed instructions that were given to us to get them a quote on costs to repair the unit. Only then to be told our insurance claim will be denied b/c we moved the package before an adjuster could look at it. (It took about 2-3 weeks to get an adjuster to go look at it by the way.) Well that would have been great information to know when we alerted the store and attempted to file a claim b/c we were told we had to have a repair quote to send into UPS to complete the claim filing. Well we couldn't get that without shipping the printer to the manufacturer to get said quote. By giving us these confusing and contradictory instructions it did give them a nice loophole they used to say they can't be responsible b/c the package was moved before they could "confirm" it's destruction. Such a load of BS. UPS and/or the local store should do the right thing and reimburse me for the breaking my 3D printer. Now I'm out 20,000 with no asset to sell. Buyer beware here.

Very friendly staff. Dropped off an Amazon return - quick and easily. Loved that they had Sunday hours as well, which none of the other UPS stores in the area offer. Will definitely be back!

UPS store that does not carry UPS boxes for shipping!!! Seriously it's a scam. They force you to buy a generic box instead. Unbelievable. Sending this to corporate, as its nonsense.

This UPS Store was excellent. They did a same day print job of a 36” x 48” poster for a High School Sporting event and it was excellent. Luis and Aly helped ensure the design I sent them would work appropriately for the large size. They even included a second copy of the poster with a different "print" finish at no cost to ensure the quality was what I needed. They were professional, friendly and super helpful to ensure my same day request was met. Thank you!

Walked in and asked for a quote to ship a guitar that I sold online. Gave me a price that I told the buyer. Buyer paid me with PayPal so I came back the next day to ship it. It was 47 more than he quoted so I basically lost that off of the sale. The manager could have cared less. No apology. The buyer got a great deal off of his mistake. Go elsewhere than this store. And don’t reply to this review saying to call the store and that you want 100% customer satisfaction. That is not true. I was just a customer in your store 10 minutes ago and you did not care. You owe me 47. I will never walk in there again.
