Initial experience was a disaster! BUT KEEP READING TO THE END!!! Employee was rude and dishonest ... was overcharged and items were received damaged. Was told claim was filed but then got no response. Frustrating! BUT finally got help from MELISSA!!! She has taken on difficult situation and worked diligently to resolve it! She has gone extra mile to make sure that my issues were ironed out. I was compensated for damaged items because of her assistance. My calls and emails were returned quickly. If she didn’t have the answer, she took the time to find out. I am very thankful for her assistance, and I am pleased to endorse the changes this store has made to undo the previous customer service problems.

With the UPS system, we stopped here to ship our heavy tire chains back to San Francisco as we were clearly out of the snow. My friend went in and did the business as I watched the truck. We got those expensive chains back in San Francisco one week later as we arrived back home. That was true economic peace of mind. One more note: THE PARKING LOT IS JUST BARELY TRUCKABLE.

No body at store. No call back when was told to get a call back on an item that was shipped back to me without reaching destination. Package not packaged correctly and using the UPS brand when you are not affiliated with UPS is dishonest!!

I had the unfortunate experience of being in the store shortly after it opened to make 95 copies. The only thing I had to pay with was a 50 bill and my total bill was 15 and change. The employee did ask if I had anything smaller and I didn't. After the third time she asked me, as if I was lying to her, she asked if I could go somewhere and break it. I thought about but said no. She was insistent that I go and break it, she was frustrated and I was getting angry. She said she only starts with a 50 till and that she'll just have to give me quarters. I said that's fine as long as I get my change. She then went to the other register and got change and proceeded to tell me next time to have smaller bills, not to worry I said there won't be a next time and she said that's probably a good thing! Word of mouth goes a long way and not only have they list my business but there will be others because of just this one incident.
