For everyone who leaves a bad review clearly does not know how to ship properly there gets charged more then what they have to. I run a small business and literally print and make labels from home. All i have to do it go inside the store and drop it off.Never had any problems. If you don’t know how to ship then that is your problem and if you need any help my google name is my Instagram which you can reach out for shipping help because ups offers great customer service

Awful experience. I ended up spending more money than I needed to. The problem solving skills with the lady I worked with was non-existent. She was rude and short with me. And now I’m one of those people writing a public bad review. I wish I could turn back time.

This place is a rip off. They want 3 .75 per page for scanning. If you go to the UPS store in Mt. Juliet it is 1 .50 per page. Not all UPS stores are the same and this is a bad one.

Buyer Beware--Severely overpriced. To package an item a little over 3ft long, 1.5 ft wide, and 7 in deep, by placing it into a box, adding some protective stuffing, and then putting that into another box (double-boxing), they quoted 104. That's right, to stick an item in two boxes and add some stuffing-- ONE-HUNDRED-FOUR DOLLARS. And that does not include the cost of shipping or insurance, mind you. Yes, 104. Mind-boggling, and unacceptable in every sense of the word. A major gouge. I of course terminated the deal immediately and gracefully walked away. Also, one of the employees behind the counter, as well as a guy dressed similar to a UPS driver, also behind the counter, weren't wearing masks.
