I always ship my package here due to the helpful staff. I mailed a package down the street at FedEx because I thought it would be delivered fast but it was more expensive and arrived later than I would have if I stay with the UPS store. I learned my lesson!

I stopped in at this location today because I’m in the area. Normally I go to the UPS near my house in Caste Rock. So I’m not sure if coronavirus is getting to people but the 2 men minus the one who held the door open for me that worked there were very unfriendly. Regardless, I was my usual happy self. There must have been some misunderstanding due to wearing masks and not being able to hear each other but I was dropping off a return to amazon which just only takes seconds after scanning the code on my phone (from previous experiences) but the gentleman proceeded to tell me this and that about scanning my code and the types of codes and on and on...either he was pulling my chain or I don’t know what. I’ve never had issues returning to amazon using UPS so I honestly was a little annoyed. I think these guys need a dose of customer service training again.

I wasn't sure which UPS Store to go to since I had items to have packed into a box, but SO HAPPY I decided on this one! :) Dottie (the site Manager) told me they pack all day so it wouldn't be an issue for them -- it was so nice to have someone helpful AND friendly! Recommend this store highly!!!

They were very busy as to be expected at this time of year. But the wait wasn't too long and one employee was staying late just to help out. They were friendly and expertly handled my packages and soon I was out the door and on my way.

I was visiting CO, from out of state and mailed two boxes of family mementos from this store to my home. I must admit that I waited at the counter while three employees had a conversation behind the counter. Hello?! A conscientious trainee came to help me and did a great job! One of my boxes arrived on time and one did not. I returned home a couple of weeks later to find the "lost" box still had not arrived, so got on the phone to track it down. 1-800 UPS told me to call this local store for information. They "tried" to track it down, opened an "investigation" then after 10 days, closed the "investigation" and sent it to "claims." I called this local store no less than three times throughout the process. I was always told..."oh, an email just came in..." and "we aren't employed by UPS," etc.... Never did anyone initiate any contact with me throughout the process. According the the UPS website, I should've been receiving regular updates. I never got one update. I'd finally had enough and again called 1-800 UPS. Of course that person was "off-shore" and told me I needed to contact the local store. I asked both for a copy of the investigation report and both parties told me to contact the other party. Round and round we went until I got rude, demanding, and threatening. I refused to hang up the phone. Suddenly a UPS supervisor (overseas) reached someone in "Overgoods", apparently in Salt Lake City, who sent her a picture of my box contents, to send to me for confirmation. Yes, it was my box of family mementos!! Please explain how this person in Overgoods located my box in less than two minutes when the UPS Investigation team couldn't find it in 10 days?! I realize this local store is not to blame, but they were no help in finding it. And I was told since I didn't have a list of the box's contents and value, she'd only reimburse me for the shipping! Seriously?! I would not recommend shipping from this location.
