All I have to say is MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR A RECEIPT with tracking number! I returned an Amazon package, and didn't get a receipt because Amazon tracks it. When I checked Amazon tracking UPS says the package was never dropped off.

Ben made it so easy to ship my package that I was returning. He was able to help me print the return label/shipping receipt for inside the box for me (1). I don't have a printer so there isn't any other way I would've been able to do it. You just email the label PDF to [email protected]

I have been a long patron of the UPS store in Conifer, CO. I really appreciate their kind, considerate and very helpful staff. The Staff at the UPS store always greet me with a smile and they are always ready to help with whatever is needed. Once I had a computer get lost in the mail and they were there to help me find the correct phone number to call and even helped me get the computer tracked down. Very knowledgeable and kind staff. The UPS store now has new extended hours and this means even when I work late there is usually someone there waiting to assist me.

The UPS store in Conifer is a wonderful shop! The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. They perform many tasks and deserve your courtesy. Besides getting your packages on the trucks they can make copies for you and bind and laminate. Every employee is a notary. They also sell great cards, shipping supplies and some office supplies! Yaya!
