Good store with generally quick and easy processes but it is worth noting that they close at 4pm on weekdays, 2pm on Saturdays, and are closed on Sunday.

Need to change their hours to reflect when they actually open and closed. Store hours do not reflect hours listed here. Edit: I took the initiative and submitted hours of operations change for you through Google so others don’t show up after they get off work.

Ive been a customer for about 2 years. On one occasion, I left my wallet there by mistake. everything was returned upon my next visit (several days later) including credit cards and cash. Package pick up prices cant be beat. They never fail to notify of parcel arrival via email. Overall very happy with the service.

Owners staff the store and are always helpful but neither were wearing masks at all today. This put me at risk of infection as customer with serious co-morbid factors still waiting on vaccination in this region. Mask up please.

Unsafe Covid protocol; owner wasn't wearing a mask. Handled my phone without gloves to see the tracking info of the package I was there to pick up (which initially he said wasn't there, while the tracking alert I had received stated it was...and it was there), handled my I.D. also without gloves, and he handed me a pen that he had just used to sign for the package. He was also rude and unapologetic for telling me the package wasn't there when it was, indeed, there the whole time. I normally don't do reviews, but feel it necessary this time. I felt very uncomfortable.

Drove 20 mins here because it's closer to my house than going into Bellingham. Arrived at 4:05. Even though google says this store closes at 6pm during weekdays they were just closing up and turning off the lights. Ended up having to drive a half an hour into Bellingham instead. Was not thrilled.

The owner of this branch was the rudest person I've met in a long whhile. She was either having a bad day or she hates her job. I was doing a free return for a store. The store provided a UPS prepaid label that they emailed to me. I was told that I could print it myself by renting one of their computers or I could email the label & packing slip to her and pay her for each page printed. I had 3 packages to send. My bill for all this was going to be around 13! I know that doesn't sound like a lot but when you are supposedly doing a free return it is just the principle of it. Anyway, when I had everything ready to ship, I checked out with another worker. This young woman was so friendly & kind I thanked her for being like this. She is the reason I gave the UPS Store an extra star. Overall a bad experience at the Blaine, WA store in the Cost Cutter center. I will be avoiding shipping from this location in the fiture.
