Friendly and very helpful staff at this store! I never really know how to properly package things I want to send and their employees are ALWAYS patient and go above and beyond to help me. My packages always make it to my loved ones promptly and in great condition. Very rarely there is a wait. However when there is a wait one has to take in consideration the time of the day they go as well as what season it is. Ex: going in on dec 23rd during lunch hours/ before closing you will prob have to wait...

This is a great store. Definitely recommended if you need any shipping or printing service. This location is the right place. Im new customer and every time I came in I was able to complete the tasks I was looking to do. The customer service is great. Next time you are trying to print a poster, flyer, any kind of documents check them out before competitors!!!

Always a long wait to drop off packages and they charge extra for trivial things like a little bit of tape to close your package. Took my package to another ups, they taped it, didnt bring up any silly charges. Never going here again.
