The Team at this location is very efficient, professional and friendly even when very busy. When returning 7 Items to Amazon after Christmas – KATYA was very helpful organizing the returns – cheerful and smiling all the time. We do not see this type of an ATTITUDE too often. Multifunctional store in Sunny Isles plaza. You can find so many useful things and services here. Starting with print station, notary service and even key razing. Stuff is friendly and helpful. Russian speaking. Service was fast and clear. Definitely recommended.

Not only was he extremely knowledgeable and helpful, he made my entire process easy and stress free. I had a huge wooden crate that needed to be shipped, and he was extremely helpful in every aspect, from packing all the way to shipping. A Service all the way.

I can’t express how amazing the staff there is and helpful. I need someone to help my parents with emailed documents to be copied, notarized, scanned and mailed and they did it all like rockstars. Katya was amazing and handled it all like a rockstar. She stayed on the phone with me while my parents were there to ensure everything was done correctly. She had the patience of a Saint. I couldn’t not have gotten this done so smoothly if it wasn’t for her and the notary’s help. Timing was critical and she made it all happen. I live in NJ and needed these documents to be able to close on my home sale on time and because of Katya it will all get done. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your amazing help. God bless. Very friendly staff. I'm from NJ and the UPS locations up here will charge you to tape the boxes. I was so happy that the manager at this location didn't charge me and actually taped it up for me. Awesome location and very quick service.
