For some inexplicable reason, my local UPS guy occasionally (very rarely, actually) delivers packages that I miss to this store, which is not particularly convenient -instead of just dropping them off at my delivery address. But the fine folks at the UPS Store on Lew Dewitt Blvd arranged to make everything all right by arranging re-delivery to the correct address the next day! Thanks folks!

Well staffed with knowledgeable individuals, good amount of supplies on site. They process transactions quickly. Note, this store is visible from Lew Dewitt Boulevard, but the entrance is in the mall.

I brought in a long thin uniquely shaped object to send to my brother. I had no idea how to wrap it so I let them do it for me. They were cheerful and confident, so I happily left it in their care.

I always have an amazing experience at this location. The staff is courteous and friendly. I am able to ship all my items with ease and assurance they will get to their destinations. I was shipping some personalized items and I didn’t check the labels matched the person for which the items were being shipped. I called the store and the attendant quickly got the labels changed for me with no problems. That was completely my error and she took care of it. I am thankful they were able to do that for me.

Customer service at it's best here. I spent an hour trying to get some items shipped at the regular post office with horrible service. It took 10 minutes for the staff at this location to let me ask questions and send my items. Use them before anyone else and now I will come here for all my needs. GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!

I had a large document that needed to be faxed. The amazing employees here initially said that because of the size they would have to break it up into separate taxes, but that wasn't possible for what I needed. Instead, they took the time to wait with the machine and make sure it handled the job in one go for me. This document was for medical purposes and time sensitive and very important, and they did an amazing job helping me get it where it needed to go, despite the challenges.

Wow! Amazing customer service from a kind lady! I ran out of tape and had a wonky home printed return label that had to be shrunk down with the copy machine and the kindest gal took care of it for me. Her service and friendly attitude is so rare it made my day!
