The manager here is very nice and accommodating. The staff are also very helpful whenever I needed assistance. This is by far the best UPS store I have ever used.

Guaranteed to see at least two masks under the nose here. Manager dude and one of his employees. Avoid if trying to stick to places that understand how human noses work. Otherwise good service. Will wait until pandemic over to revisit.

The store manager hiding from the back and let the staff lies to their customer. Do not tell your customer to come back later if you going to refused to accept packages. I hope there is easy way to file a complaint on the store manager.

Only complaint is that they should stay open a bit longer. Other than that these guys are nothing but professionals. Organized and we'll mannered. Even when they have a line going out the door they still find a way to walk the line and prepare for you when you get to the counter. I've only used them for Amazon returns and I can tell you it's all been painless.

Returned an Amazon package here. Granted I didn't pack in a cardboard box. Amazon refuses to help me. UPS refuses to help because Amazon won't help. I am out 150. What did I return an apple watch in its original packaging. I'm led to believe two things. UPS really lost it or someone here decided to steal of the package.

Friendlier than any other UPS store in the San Gabriel Valley. Staff is nice and the general/store manager seemed to be on top of his staff. I go out of my way to drop off packages here to avoid the crummy customer service of my local stores.
