I dropped off 2 packages to this location on the same day. After 5 days, I tracked the packages on the UPS website. One package showed it had shipped & the other showed it was still at this location I dropped it off at. I called in to verify if my package was still waiting to be picked up or what was going on and neither representatives was helpful. The first gentleman was clueless and just kept saying hold on while he was talking to someone else, and then finally the guy he was talking to got on the phone, but he was extremely rude. He just kept saying your receipt is your proof, but never answered my question. They sounded like I was a huge inconvenience to them for calling. Plzzzzzz DNT Go

Very poor management! I paid express shipping so it could get here in 2 days. It’s been a little more than a week and my package got lost. The number on the order was the number I had given them but all the digits were out of place. The store was very unorganized and the employees were acting unprofessional while I was there. all they said was that they couldn’t do anything. I had gone 2 days ago to check on my package and change my shipping address again but they didn’t change it and just said they would do it later. They didn’t have anyone in the store and still couldn’t manage to help me out. I get mistakes happen but this was made for lack of effort. I’m actually putting 2 stars because they shipped it. Although the shipping was wrong.

The carpet was dirty, the kid (african/American)that is in the register is rude and unprofessional, worst customer service i had ever received from UPS stores

Went to drop off a package with a prepaid shipping label, they charge for tape, lol.
